Heads Hearts are Electronic Soul. Heavy-ass synths, velvet-fist vocals and kicking bass. Think the wild-haired lovechild of Florence and the Machine and Crystal Castles, with Tina Turner as godmother and Kim Deal copping off downstairs while babysitting. That's Heads Hearts.

- Ipswich Music Day
- Will you spot the next star at Ipswich Music Day, the finale to this year's Ip-art festival?
It is the 22nd Music Day - the biggest one-day free music event in the country - and is organised by Ipswich Borough Council with more than a little help from its friends.
And the Council's Culture portfolio-holder Bryony Rudkin today announced the line up for Music Day - 56 acts across seven stages.
"We've got some great stars in the making here and I am sure they will give their all to put on a happy show. Around 50,000 people come to Music Day every year and there is a huge variety of music on offer, from classical to world, from soul to reggae."
Just a few years ago, a Music Day favourite was one Ed Sheeran. In 2010 he played to a few hundred new fans. Today he could fill a football stadium. Councillor Rudkin added: "Everyone has to start somewhere. It's fun listening to lots of singers and bands and trying to predict the next star."
